​Thank you for your interest in PadSmart.

​We are focused on building "spec" homes in planned unit developments, as well as commercial, containerized solar + energy storage systems. Both serve to further our goal of creating energy efficient, safe, and resilient neighborhoods.

We do not build custom homes, nor do we build on customer-owned lots.

​However, we want many more homes to be energy efficient and benefit from solar.  We are happy to share advice and recommendations for building energy-efficient homes and integrating solar + battery storage with you or your builder.
